If you purchased the $1.98 free returns for store credit + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return + exchange protection at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product. Please contact email@example.com for any requests within 5 business days of receiving your order. All items must be in new condition with the original tags. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. The returned item must be shipped within 14 business days of delivery in order to get a full refund/replacement.
* PLEASE NOTE: clearance and personalized items are not eligible for return.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered. $25 flat rate express shipping (U.S. only) also available at checkout (2 business days).
* PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will not be processed and ready for shipment until Monday (Tuesday during holiday weekends).
We offer international shipping. All international orders are subject to shipping costs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders can take 1-4 weeks to be delivered based on the country.
* PLEASE NOTE: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country. Ballislife is not responsible for these charges and are your responsibility as the customer. This applies only to international orders.
You can cancel your order and get a refund only if the order has not yet shipped. If the order has shipped, we will issue a refund after the package has been returned in its original condition (return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer). Please note that we can only issue refunds within 30 days of the purchase. After 30 days, we can only issue store credit.
